Dance as a Movement Meditation

Stories are held in the body and dancing is a proven technique for accessing these memories. In this workshop we dance to connect with our these memories and release conscious and subconscious patterns keeping us from fully being.

This is a guided dance session and may be facilitated in partnership with additional practitioners.
